Job summary

Peraton seeks an Operations Manager to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise IT contract at Camp H.M. Smith. You will lead a mixed team of technicians delivering end-user and NetOps services, ensuring high-quality customer experience for USSOCOM.

You will coordinate across NetOps, Campus networks, and Unified Communications to meet SLA commitments and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, resource management, training initiatives, cross-team collaboration,

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years experience
DoD TS/SCI clearance required
DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification
Documented experience in Service Desk and Current Operations
Experience managing teams of up to 15 employees
Experience supporting VIP users and senior leaders
Broad technical experience including Windows, Active Directory, Cisco, Unified Communications
Proven experience with development of standardized operational procedure documentation

Responsibilities

Lead a combined team of technicians delivering end-user services to USSOCOM stakeholders
Synchronize NetOps, Campus networks, and Unified Communications across multiple sites
Develop strategies to maximize workforce potential while meeting SLA
Mentor and supervise the operations team and provide a customer touchpoint
Coordinate with senior leaders to communicate requirements to J6
Develop and improve a catalog of Standard Operating Procedures for common tasks
Reallocate resources to meet changing needs and surges in effort
Suggest improvements to tools and applications used for troubleshooting and remote support
Drive Continuous Improvement in all aspects of Customer Support activities
