Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.

• Minimum 3 years of systems administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs tier one and two network and systems support in accordance with the SIE OPORD.
• Maintains file servers, network access, documents issues and troubleshoots systems.
• Monitors and supports mid-range application servers and storage devices.
• Installs operating system software, patches, and upgrades.
• Develops and maintains SOPs for the infrastructure including VDI Environment.
• Installs, configures and maintains desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
