Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at JFKSWCS, Ft. Bragg, NC. The role coordinates and evaluates peer support programs, builds peer networks, and recruits counselors to support service members and families.

Relocation is offered; US citizenship and clearance eligibility are required. Responsibilities include data collection for program evaluations, collaboration with DoD resources, and providing outreach and referrals across locations.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Secret clearance or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social services or related field or four years’ experience providing social service education or coordination.
• Minimum two years’ experience coordinating social service education programs.
• Willing to receive specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and evaluate programs and services to support resiliency of the unit’s force and families.
• Organize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit and vet active duty and family peer support counselors.
• Collect data for formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs.
• Support DoD resources and community-based welfare programs for service members and families.
• Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols and communicate with the Command.
