Job summary

The Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) at Ft Bragg provides coordinated peer support, program development, and data collection to bolster resiliency for the unit and families.

This role builds peer networks, recruits counselors, ensures training, and reports outcomes using DoD resources and POTFF Family Resilience data; requires US citizenship and a related degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree or four years’ related experience in social service education/coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for supported unit’s Service members and family member spouses.
• Report activity using specified reporting tool and frequency identified by program manager.
• Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals; Pre/post-deployment preparation and reintegration.
