Job summary

KBR Ft. Bragg is seeking a Special Operations Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) to oversee programs supporting service members and families.

You will organize peer support networks, recruit counselors, and ensure training adheres to USSOCOM CPPNC standards while coordinating data collection for program evaluation. The role requires a security clearance or ability to obtain, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of program coordination experience.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human/social services or related field or 4 years’ social service coordination experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating social service education programs.
• Specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and suicide prevention may be required.
• Must stay current on best practices in peer support counseling and suicide prevention with DoD/resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit, vet and train peer support counselors.
• Collect and report data for program evaluations.
• Identify needs and document evaluation data across locations.
• Develop needs-based programs for specified demographics.
• Maintain knowledge of DoD resources and community services.
• Lead in official processes and networking opportunities.
• Serve as liaison for community and family support.
• Communicate with media and monitor emergency response procedures.
