Job summary

Peraton is seeking Cable/Infrastructure Technicians to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance. Positions include on-site work at Fort Campbell, KY, and other US and international locations, with emphasis on safe, tested cable systems, incident response, and 24x7 operations to support USSOCOM missions.

Qualifications

DoD TS/SCI security clearance required.
2 years with BS/BA; 4 years with AS/AA; 0 years with MS/MA or HS diploma and 6 years of experience.
Inside/outside plant installation familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, repair, remove, terminate and test LAN cabling per policy and best practices.
Maintain labeling standards for cable infrastructure.
Install new cable and terminate/test it.
Troubleshoot faulty cable and restore connectivity.
Cross-connect circuits using patch panels and maintain datacenter infrastructure.
