Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support POTFF contract, integrating physical, mental and psychological wellness for service members and their families.

This role requires US citizenship or permanent resident status, a MSW or equivalent, and a current license to practice social work in the US. A Secret clearance is required or the ability to obtain one; relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus up to $10K may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• MSW or equivalent degree fully accredited by CSWE.
• Current unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in the US.
• Minimum two years clinical social work experience in mental health setting.
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics in social work.
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
• Credentialing privileges may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and produce evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military-specific training; may supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
• Perform case management and assess treatment adherence; assist with barriers to care.
