Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the POTFF program at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental and psychological wellness of service members and their families to sustain mission readiness and performance.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical investigations, maintaining records, collaborating with military personnel, and potentially supervising trainees. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Must hold an active clinical license to independently practice social work in the U.S.
• Minimum two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Fluent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement meetings and conferences.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and produce evaluation/treatment reports.
• Supervise unlicensed providers or trainees as needed.
• Complete required DoD or service training and assist in treatment adherence.
