• Two years of experience coordinating special events, activities, and contracts, including one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit application reviews with internal staff, communicating requirements and decisions to applicants.
• Process special event applications, administrative approvals, permit coordination, and assist with Tourism-created events on public property.
• Participate as a member of the city’s special event review team and communicate with visitors, businesses, event producers, outside agencies, and internal departments.
