Job summary

Hello! Destination Management in Scottsdale seeks a part-time Program Manager to flawlessly execute destination programs as sold by the Account Executive. You will coordinate with clients, hotel partners, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

This role requires proactive, detail-oriented ownership and travel as needed. The position is 25 hours per week during peak season (October–December and January–May).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, hotel partners, vendors and on-site staff to execute programs.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and pre-book transportation and field staff.
• Communicate with clients, hotels and vendors to confirm all needs are met.
• Generate program recap, staff instructions, and assist with invoices and billing.
