The Special Events Assistant is responsible for support in the planning and execution of a variety of events for the organization. This role involves assisting the Supervisor, Special Events in the coordination of event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. The position reports directly to the Supervisor, Special Events.
Minimum Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Required Experience Type:2 year's event planning and coordination; Healthcare event planning experience is a plus.
