Job summary

TPAPT is seeking Grade 1-5 SPED certified coaches to work one-on-one with students who require reading/math/executive function intervention and support.

The role is a contract (1099) position with after-school and weekend sessions, offering $65/hr-$85/hr. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in SPED or Speech Language Pathology, relevant certifications, and experience with neurodivergent learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Special Education, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Certification as a Reading Specialist, Math Specialist or SPED Teacher.
• Experience working with neurodivergent learning populations.
• Strong understanding of intervention strategies and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport and encourage students to enhance their reading skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including after-school and weekend sessions.
