Responsibilities

• Instruct students with individualized needs to develop behavioral, academic, social, and daily living skills.
• Manage classroom behavior to provide a safe and optimal learning environment.
• Prepare IEPs, FBA/BIPs, progress reports, and attendance records.
• Collaborate with home school case manager and related services staff.
• Direct skills trainers and aides to support the program.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state laws.
