Qualifications

• Hold the belief that all students can learn at high academic levels.
• Uses digital content, technology integration, and project-based learning in a highly proficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction for students with disabilities in varied settings.
• Employ multi-sensory techniques and phonics to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare required reports.
• Meet with parents to discuss progress and set IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement IEPs.
• Maintain an inclusive classroom environment with effective behavior supports.
• Prepare data for local, state, and federal reporting.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team as appropriate.
