This full-time position offers a starting salary of $44,739 to $77,205, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid sick and personal days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Michigan Teaching Certificate required.
• Special Education Endorsement(s) preferred.
• Experience valued but heart matters; commitment to students and families matters.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess instruction based on individual student needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction, accommodations, and interventions using student data.
• Support students with a variety of learning and special education needs.
• Create a structured, positive, and productive classroom environment.
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, families, and administrators.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction when needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare required reports.
• Use technology to manage records, analyze student data, and support instruction.
