Responsibilities

• Maintain records as required by district policy.
• Prepare and adhere to weekly lesson plans aligned with IEPs.
• Coordinate with regular education staff and administration.
• Conduct IEP meetings and ensure paperwork is completed on schedule.
• Communicate with parents and provide progress reports.
• Implement behavior management strategies and adapt instruction per IEP.
