Responsibilities

• Fosters an educational environment and adapts learning objectives for SPED students.
• Plans instructional programs and lesson plans matching individual needs.
• Counsels, disciplines, and supervises students as required.
• Collaborates with parents, specialists, and staff to support student achievement.
• Develops and evaluates IEPs and records progress for parents/guardians.
• Directs non-certificated personnel and coordinates student supports.
• Attends staff meetings and professional development as required.
