Responsibilities include planning daily lessons, coordinating with co-teachers, tracking progress, and ensuring PBIS implementation while aligning with state standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.
• Current or pending IL professional educator credential.
• Experience with IEPs, differentiated instruction, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
• Design personalized learning experiences aligned to standards.
• Deliver targeted instruction and use innovative curriculum resources.
• Create comprehensive lesson plans and schedules.
• Collaborate in co-teaching environments to meet IEP goals.
• Document progress and generate detailed reports.
• Maintain PBIS framework and school-wide expectations.
• Adapt content for diverse learning needs and emergencies.
