Job Summary: Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a Special Education Academic Case Manager to join our Education Team in Pike, NH. In this in-person role, you’ll provide specialized instruction, manage IEPs, and ensure the safety and success of students in a therapeutic school setting. As part of our academic and treatment team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build relationships through classroom engagement and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and paddling.
