Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a Special Education Academic Case Manager to join our Education Team in Plymouth, NH. In this in-person role, you’ll provide specialized instruction, manage IEPs, and ensure the safety and success of students in a therapeutic school setting.

Build relationships through classroom engagement and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and paddling. Experience with NH education standards and collaboration with teachers is desired.

Qualifications

• NH Special Education Teacher License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education is required.
• Experience with IEPs is preferred.
• Experience in therapeutic school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and manage IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers and implement accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and behavioral interventions.
• Maintain compliance with NH education standards.
