Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This full-time, in-person role involves creating inclusive classrooms, developing and implementing IEP goals and therapy plans, and collaborating with school teams to support student progress.

You will join a women- and therapist-operated company that values mentorship, equity, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
