Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Eugene, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Competitive pay ($45-50/hour)

Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals
Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Bachelor’s or Master’sDegree in Education or Related Field
Active Oregon Special Education Teacher license
Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
