Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking Elementary Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. In-person, full-time roles in elementary resource and center-based classrooms with 40 hours a week.

We offer competitive pay ($55-60/hour), W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match, plus licensure/CEU reimbursements and mileage bonuses. 3 references are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB is required.
• Three references or letters of recommendation are required.
• Previous classroom experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
