Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher to cover a maternity leave in the Casa Grande, AZ area. This is an in-person, full-time elementary resource position with January–April coverage.

The role requires a valid Arizona Special Education license, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a strong passion for school-based therapy. We offer W-2 employment, liability insurance, and mentorship within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous classroom experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
