Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
• Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
• Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
• Enforcing discipline when necessary
• Provide guidance and support to teachers in PBIS practices
• Managing enrollment processes and coordinating daily school operations
• Maintaining accurate records and developing the school's budget and financial reports
• Collaborating with facilities management and district officials to support operations
• Lead the development and implementation of PBIS programs and school-wide strategies
• Other duties may be assigned

Education
