Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a School Director to lead our Special Education program. You will guide instructional staff, oversee IEP processes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state licensing while supporting students with diverse needs.

Join SESI to drive student outcomes, collaborate with families and district partners, and implement PBIS and evidence-based practices across the school. A master's degree and leadership credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field required or preferred.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Develop and track benchmarks for institutional success.
• Assist teachers to maximize teaching potential and support.
• Meet with parents and administrators regularly for problem resolution.
• Maintain records including financial, licensing, student and staff docs.
• Lead PBIS program development and implementation across the school.
