Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) invites an experienced educator to lead a special education school as Director. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor progress, and manage budgets, staffing, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an education-related field is required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow academic policies and curriculum across the school.
• Develop and monitor benchmarks for institutional success.
• Facilitate teacher growth and support.
• Engage with parents, district officials, and other stakeholders.
• Lead PBIS implementation and behavior management strategies.
• Prepare and monitor the school budget and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and IEP requirements.
• Oversee enrollment, operations, and facilities coordination.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation.

Education

Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field
