Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks an educational leader to collaborate with teachers in delivering individualized supports and monitoring student growth under IEP guidelines.

The role emphasizes behavior management, PBIS implementation, and collaboration with parents and district staff to sustain a bias-free learning environment and high standards of academic progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences is required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success.
• Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential.
• Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis.
• Enforcing discipline when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing PBIS practices.
• Organize and facilitate IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
