Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a Director to lead administrative and educational operations across our specialized education settings. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with IEPs and state regulations.

The role emphasizes PBIS program development, stakeholder engagement, and staff professional development while maintaining accurate records and driving school-wide performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field required.
• Administration credential preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Develop and track benchmarks for institutional success.
• Help teachers maximize their teaching potential.
• Attend regional activities and monthly goal reviews with supervision.
• Forge and maintain stakeholder relationships with districts and parents.
• Maintain school records including licensing, student and staff documentation.
• Develop and monitor the school budget and ensure financial compliance.
• Analyze profit/loss statements and propose cost-reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with finance for reports and forecasts.
