Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach and build confidence.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and evaluation forms.
• Record and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during movement within the school.
