Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) Texas seeks a School Director to lead instructional programs for students with disabilities, ensure compliance with IEPs, and supervise teachers and staff in a collaborative environment.

You will manage the school's budget, oversee enrollment and operations, foster district and parent partnerships, and implement PBIS and data-driven practices to drive continuous improvement and student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Social or Behavior Sciences, or a related field.
• Administration credential is preferred.
• Extensive experience with students with disabilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure academic policies and curriculum are followed.
• Develop and track benchmarks for institutional success.
• Support teachers to maximize teaching potential.
• Lead regular IEP meetings and collaborate with parents and admins.
• Maintain school records and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with finance to prepare reports and forecasts.
• Organize and facilitate PBIS program development and staff training.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with districts and parents.
