Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for supporting students with learning, emotional, or behavioral differences.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and encouraging in all situations.

• Basic computer proficiency with Word, Excel, or Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academics, social interactions, and daily living skills.
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Observe, document, and report student progress and behavior.
• Reinforce individualized education and behavior support plans.
• Use positive behavior strategies to maintain a safe, supportive classroom.
