Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or 48 semester hours preferred for Title I.
• Experience with children or students in educational or childcare settings preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills required when assigned to a bilingual program.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional, behavioral and personal-care support under supervision.
• Assist with IEP goals, accommodations and modifications.
• Collect data on student goals and maintain confidential records.
• Support positive behavior intervention plans and routines.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and health-related tasks per licensed staff.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support student needs.
