Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 72 quarter credits or ParaPro test required.

• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and handle physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instruction and supervision in classroom settings.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special needs.
• Assist with daily tasks, health-related duties, and safety measures as directed by staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate respectfully with students, families, and staff.
• Document student progress and support individualized education plans as required.
