Qualifications

• Experience working with culturally diverse families and communities is preferred.
• Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in instruction and student supervision.
• Provide health-related assistance and support to students as needed under supervision.
• Teach independent living skills and support social development.
• Maintain student records and progress reports as directed by staff.
• Follow district policies and procedures and communicate with families as appropriate.
