Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ESSA requirements for Title I schools: six college hours in early childhood or two years in an early childhood setting.
• Maintain FERPA confidentiality and adhere to district policies.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to support IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in coordinating instructional programs for students with IEPs.
• Support implementation of behavioral intervention plans.
• Prepare materials and ensure availability for lessons.
• Promote a safe, healthy learning environment and supervise students.
• Assist with assistive technology and AAC devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate reports and confidential records.
