Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a division of ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, is hiring an Instructional Aide to support students in a K-12 special education setting. You will work with teachers to implement individualized instruction and behavioral strategies, helping students reach their IEP goals in classroom and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• CA driver's license or ability to obtain.
• Paraprofessional or teaching assistant credential preferred.
• Experience with students in special education or behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support.
• Monitor and document student progress and communicate with staff.
