Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with small group instruction and individualized support.
• Monitor student progress and document growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to address students' needs.
• Use data to select appropriate materials and reinforce learning.
