Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking an assistant teacher to support in-district classrooms and standalone schools for K-12 students requiring additional supports.

You will work with a diverse student population, implement SESI’s CASE model, and collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services and monitor progress. This role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs in educational settings.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized plans.
• Willingness to engage families and document student progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with small-group instruction and class activities.
• Monitor student behavior and progress using data to guide instruction.
• Provide accommodations and modifications to support diverse learners.
• Support, document, and track student growth toward academic and social goals.
• Ensure student safety and supervise during transitions between activities.
