Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support students with developmental and educational needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools across our network.

Work with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor progress, and reinforce learning using SESI's PBIS framework. You will contribute to small-group instruction, document student growth, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI's instructional model.
• Assist the teacher with activities, assessments, and documentation.
• Reinforce learning, track student progress, and use data to guide materials.
• Support behavior and safety strategies, including de-escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and related staff to address student needs.
• Monitor and supervise students during daily activities and transitions.
