Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional - Resource at Prior Lake High School. The role focuses on supporting students with disabilities, implementing IEP accommodations, and assisting teaching staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

This Non-Exempt position (FLSA) offers a rate of pay $19.81–$22.25 per hour (2025-26 rates) plus single health and district-contributed dental insurance, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to support students with disabilities in multiple settings.
• Knowledge of IEP accommodations and behavior plans.
• Respect for confidentiality and FERPA requirements.
• Ability to monitor safe student behavior and data logs.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor students in classrooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Assist staff by observing, logging student data, and preparing instructional materials.
• Help implement student programs and behavior plans as directed by staff.
• Provide personal care support while maintaining dignity and safety.
