Job summary

You will monitor behavior and safety in classrooms, hallways, and common areas, maintain student data logs, prepare instructional materials, and help with personal care tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 60 college credits.
• ParaEducator or ParaPro certification required.
• If not qualified, pass ParaEducator exam within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and transitions.
• Maintain accurate student data logs and organize instructional materials.
• Assist with IEP accommodations or behavior plans as directed.
• Provide personal care support as needed, ensuring dignity and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality under FERPA and district policies.
• Communicate with teachers and staff regarding student progress and concerns.
