Job summary

Qualifications

• Have met formal academic assessment, associate's degree, or two years of college study.

Responsibilities

• Assist the special education teacher in preparing and managing classroom activities and administrative requirements for students with disabilities.
• Assist in implementing classroom programs, including self-help, behavior management, data collection, and instruction.
• Work under the general supervision of the principal and the immediate direction of a certified teacher.
• Support classroom operations and student supervision underteacher guidance.
