Qualifications

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate.
• Meets ADE certification requirements.
• Special Education certification appropriate for subject/area.
• Minimum Provisional SEI/ESL/Bilingual Endorsement.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must pass a background check and have IVP Fingerprint clearance.
• ESL Endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability.
• Attend ongoing applied professional growth groups.
• Collaborate with mentor/master teachers to enhance expertise.
• Co-plan lessons and develop expertise in instruction.
• Create and maintain an Individual Growth Plan (IGP).
• Use assessments to monitor student progress toward goals.
• Align lessons to district curriculum and state standards.
• Integrate educational technology in the classroom.
• Maintain effective communication with students and peers.
• Maintain safe, organized, and high-quality learning environment.
