Qualifications

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate is required.
• Meets Arizona Department of Education certification requirements.
• Minimum: Provisional SEI/ESL or Bilingual Endorsement.
• Bilingual Education Endorsement is preferred.
• Background check and IVP fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability system.
• Attend ongoing professional growth groups (clusters).
• Collaborate with mentor and master teachers to enhance expertise.
• Assist in lesson planning and instructional development across subjects.
• Develop and maintain an Individual Growth Plan (IGP).
• Use assessments to monitor student progress toward school goals.
• Align lessons to district curriculum and state standards.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
