The Council Bluffs Community School District is seeking a Paraeducator to support students at Abraham Lincoln High School. The role requires meeting one of several qualification options and provides a day schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

with a 30-minute lunch. Salary ranges from $15.76 to $16.21 per hour, plus competitive benefits and summers off. Applicants may hold 48 credit hours, an associates degree, a Paraeducator Certificate, or a National Career Readiness Certificate.

Qualifications

• To qualify, you must have at least one of the listed credentials.
• Option 1: 48 college credits or more.
• Option 2: an Associates Degree or higher.
• Option 3: a Paraeducator Certificate.
• Option 4: National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).

To qualify to be a Paraeducator, you must have at least ONE (1) of the following:

• At least 48 credit hours of college coursework
• Associates Degree
• Paraeducator Certificate
• National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)

$15.76 - $16.21 per hour (salary credit for experience will be considered)

7.5 hours per day

7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
