The United States Secret Service is seeking Special Agents to conduct investigations into financial crimes and provide top-level protection for the President, Vice President, and other designated individuals. The role offers opportunities nationwide and internationally, with rigorous training and a mobility requirement.

Candidates must complete extensive training at FLETC and Rowley, obtain a Top-Secret clearance, and meet strict physical and background standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Possess a current valid driver's license; REAL ID compliant.
• Must be at least 21 years old at application; referrals up to 40th birthday.
• Submit to a drug test prior to appointment and random drug testing during employment.
• Obtain and retain Top-Secret Clearance.
• Automatic credit check after initial qualifications.
• Carry and use a firearm with appropriate proficiency; no DV conviction.
• Complete 13-week FLETC training in GA followed by 18-week training in MD.
• Must sign mobility agreement for assignments nationwide and overseas.
• Register with Selective Service or be exempt if male born after 1959.
• Vision: uncorrected 20/100, corrected 20/20; hearing <25 dB.

Responsabilités

• Conduct complex criminal investigations into financial crimes including counterfeiting and cyber fraud.
• Provide physical protection for the President, Vice President, and other protectees.
• Design, plan, and implement security measures for National Special Security Events.
