Job summary

The U.S. Secret Service is recruiting Special Agents for a dual mission of criminal investigations and protection. You will safeguard the financial integrity of the United States and provide security for the President, Vice President, and other designated individuals. Joining the agency requires citizenship, readiness for a 21+ start age, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance while meeting rigorous training requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required
• Must be at least 21 years old at application
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Top-Secret Clearance
• Must be able to carry and use a firearm and meet firearm proficiency standards
• Willingness to relocate and accept assignments domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations into financial crimes, including counterfeiting and cyber fraud
• Provide protective security for the President, Vice President, and other protectees
• Design and implement security measures for National Special Security Events (NSSEs)
