Job summary

WME Group is seeking an Account Manager in its Speaker Logistics and Event Management department. You will manage day-to-day speaking engagements, coordinate with the Speaker’s office and hosting organizations, and support research for engagements.

The role requires managing timelines, approvals, budgets, and post-event summaries while ensuring smooth communication across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in client-based servicing or events management.
• Experience staffing high level VIPs preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day management of a speakers' event and liaise with Speaker’s office and hosting organizations.
• Develop and follow project timelines from acceptance to event date.
• Coordinate approvals for event logistics, materials, content and VIP components.
• Provide briefing materials for Speaker’s office before every event.
