Job summary

WME Group is seeking an Account Manager for Speaker Logistics and Event Management in New York. You will manage day-to-day speaking engagements, coordinate travel logistics, and liaise with the Speaker’s office, hosting organizations, and internal teams.

The role supports research for engagements and requires extended hours during peak periods. The position emphasizes strong client relationships, VIP event staffing experience, and collaboration across accounting, contracts, and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4-6 years client-based servicing and/or events management experience.
• Direct experience staffing high level VIPs (former or current elected officials, celebrities or sports talent) in some capacity is preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agency and vendors.
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics.
• Experience working with internal teams (accounting/business affairs) as well as other agency partners.
• Superior client relationship/service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day management of a speakers’ event, interfacing with the Speaker’s office, hosting organization, and internal teams.
• Develop timelines for all event deliverables from acceptance to event date.
• Coordinate approvals for event logistics, marketing materials, and VIP components.
• Interface with internal departments, including accounting and contracts, for event execution.
• Track travel expenses in coordination with vendors and Speaker teams.
• Provide thorough briefing materials for Speaker’s office before events.
• Communicate updates to speaker’s office and hosting organization.
• Understand and communicate the implementation of contractual terms.
• Offer insights and industry best practices to the team.
• Support research on event elements for Speaker’s offices.
